Hebi Zhonghe Optoelectronic Industrial Park is located in Hebi City, Henan Province. The first phase is located in Building 2 of Baijia Zhizao Industrial Park. It uses 5000 square meters of factory buildings to build 20 optical device production lines. The second phase is located in Wanhe Zhizao Industrial Park (located on the south side of Lijiang East Road, the north side of Liujiang East Road, the east side of Zizhang Street, the west side of Zihan Street, and the project covers an area of about 142 acres), build not less than 10 full-process automatic production lines for ceramic ferrules and ceramic splitter products, and optical fiber connectors, optical splitters, optical cable terminal boxes, 5GWDM, 5g optical switches, 5g optical modules and other photoelectric integrated product production lines with ceramic ferrules as core components, and build a photoelectric industrial park. The total investment of the project is about 5 billion yuan, and the total area is 300 mu of industrial park land. 6. Requirements of the person in charge of the proposed project:

Note: The person in charge of the project shall not serve as a full-time safety officer during his tenure, and the full-time safety officer of the project shall not serve as the person in charge of the project, the person in charge of the project and the safety officer shall not be the same person during his tenure.

7. The qualification requirements for the bidder to be the technical director of the project are:civil engineering,must be an active employee of the bidder.

10. About the consortium bidding:This project allows the consortium to bid.

All parties to the consortium shall jointly sign a consortium agreement to clarify the consortium leader and stipulate the rights, obligations and legal responsibilities of both parties;(2) All members of the consortium are independent legal persons, and each party shall not bid separately in its own name, it is also not allowed to participate in two or more consortium bids at the same time. (5) The consortium leader shall be authorized to act as a representative of the parties to the consortium, submit performance guarantees to the tenderer, assume responsibility and accept instructions, and be responsible for the full performance of the entire contract.
